They were very kind took a very little bit of time all around great experience recommend coming here if you need a phone fixed or buying something will always get moneys worth
If I could rate them more than five stars for their value, hospitality, good service and excellent deals for new customers, I would consider them a staple store and recommend everyone to visit them.
I paid to get my phone repaired on the back glass and they did a good job but they cracked my phone screen.. lmao they told me an hour and ended up waiting 5 hours
Was referred here by multiple people, one person even recently had the same phone screen replaced for a price they told me, and when i called grand wireless, a woman who answered told me the same price and then a man snatched the phone away from her and raised the price by 50$. Im confident that they are TAXING for the holiday season and that's messed up. I'm trying to gift my little sister a phone that's a couple years old bc we don't have the money to buy a new one but for the price of a screen at these replacement shops, I cluld have bought a whole new phone, if I had that much to spend!
Also, i found the original screen and battery replacement kit from ifixit for $200. Screen AND battery. It comes with all the tools and step by step instructions for replacement. The guy at the store had the audacity to try to tell me that he was paying over 200 for just the screen. Sounds to me like he needs to find better vendors... or stop lying.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I live in Culpeper VA which is 2 hours away from this shops location. Spoke with a person from this place via Facebook messenger for the last few days. Had a friend attempt to purchase a PS5 controller today. I understand its first come first serve but I had tried to communicate with them two days in advance to assure the availability. No response. When friend arrived to purchase for agreed upon pricing it magically wasn't available. So complete waste of time for my friend and myself. Spoke with employee on the phone and offered $55 for the $69 one he had in a box due to the inconvenience and lack of communication. He refused to come down past $60. Mind you these brand new are $75. He wasn't happy when I would be reviewing him and then blocked me immediately on Facebook. Well here I am. Avoid seller is my advice.

Hmm let's see. Called Friday for a phone port replacement. Told me they could do it but would have to order the part and it would be here Monday.Well they lied. I called to see if the part was in and the person answering the phone didn't have any info for me. Horrible way to run a business! Then he proceeded to tell me he could get it Tues...only to come back on the phone to say that part was unavailable and they could not fix it. Wow...WHAT a waste of time. There's no way this business is a 5star. Nothing but bots or friends for sure. STAY AWAY FROM SHADY BUSINESS!

The other day I dropped my Iphone and the back shattered and I also damaged my phone’s motherboard. I contacted multiple places to try and get it fixed but everyone else was so expensive. I finally reached Grande Wireless and spoke with one of the store employees. He told me that I was able to come in 30 minutes before closing and only charged me 1/2 of most of the other places I contacted. They also stayed open to help service me after they were closed. & They made sure l left with 100% satisfaction plus my issue was resolved within a hour. THANKS GRANDE WIRELESS‼️🫡
