These people are very nice and helped me repaired my Samsung A17 which had a broken screen as I accidentally dropped it on a metal frame which absolutely bugged it out. A week later, I came here to repair my phone screen and they actually helped! It only took them 15 minutes to actually repair my screen and it works perfectly. I recommend coming here to fix your phones. Nice people too!

Fast, sufficient and affordable. When I picked up my iPhone for screen and tech repair it looked like when I first ordered it out off the box, I am very satisfied with this establishment. I can use my phone again and it looks brand new. Very affordable and the repair time was about 30min. Supa 👌

I haven't been able to go and make my complaint in person, but I figured they were good... I asked them to change the screen of my iPhone 11 and it turns out that the screen is not original and I have defects, the touch does not work and the battery gets hot... . And I paid 80 🙃

Was referred here by multiple people, one person even recently had the same phone screen replaced for a price they told me, and when i called grand wireless, a woman who answered told me the same price and then a man snatched the phone away from her and raised the price by 50$. Im confident that they are TAXING for the holiday season and that's messed up. I'm trying to gift my little sister a phone that's a couple years old bc we don't have the money to buy a new one but for the price of a screen at these replacement shops, I cluld have bought a whole new phone, if I had that much to spend!
Also, i found the original screen and battery replacement kit from ifixit for $200. Screen AND battery. It comes with all the tools and step by step instructions for replacement. The guy at the store had the audacity to try to tell me that he was paying over 200 for just the screen. Sounds to me like he needs to find better vendors... or stop lying.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I live in Culpeper VA which is 2 hours away from this shops location. Spoke with a person from this place via Facebook messenger for the last few days. Had a friend attempt to purchase a PS5 controller today. I understand its first come first serve but I had tried to communicate with them two days in advance to assure the availability. No response. When friend arrived to purchase for agreed upon pricing it magically wasn't available. So complete waste of time for my friend and myself. Spoke with employee on the phone and offered $55 for the $69 one he had in a box due to the inconvenience and lack of communication. He refused to come down past $60. Mind you these brand new are $75. He wasn't happy when I would be reviewing him and then blocked me immediately on Facebook. Well here I am. Avoid seller is my advice.

Hmm let's see. Called Friday for a phone port replacement. Told me they could do it but would have to order the part and it would be here Monday.Well they lied. I called to see if the part was in and the person answering the phone didn't have any info for me. Horrible way to run a business! Then he proceeded to tell me he could get it Tues...only to come back on the phone to say that part was unavailable and they could not fix it. Wow...WHAT a waste of time. There's no way this business is a 5star. Nothing but bots or friends for sure. STAY AWAY FROM SHADY BUSINESS!

The other day I dropped my Iphone and the back shattered and I also damaged my phone’s motherboard. I contacted multiple places to try and get it fixed but everyone else was so expensive. I finally reached Grande Wireless and spoke with one of the store employees. He told me that I was able to come in 30 minutes before closing and only charged me 1/2 of most of the other places I contacted. They also stayed open to help service me after they were closed. & They made sure l left with 100% satisfaction plus my issue was resolved within a hour. THANKS GRANDE WIRELESS‼️🫡

Highly Recommend This Company! We came in to look for a phone for my daughter. Bashar stepped in at the right moment and Sold us on a phone right away! I am very appreciative! Not only did we end up buying one phone brand new, I also ended up buying an iPhone for myself! The area was neat and clean and the other employee was focused working hard on repairing someone's phone because they also do phone repairs as well♥️ This is most definitely a trusted source. Thank You Grande Wireless Nicole& Daughter
